General Terms and Conditions
By making a payment for the invoice of the agreed booking period, you accept the General Terms and Conditions and these become effective for you.
Tenants / guests must follow the instructions and directions of the owner at all times. Failing to do so gives the owner the right to cancel the rent with immediate effect and without refund of the accommodation costs.
Smoking is not allowed anywhere in Villa Pellegrino, with the exception of the part of the outside area in the immediate vicinity of the well. Ashes and butts should only be deposited in the Terracotta ashtray available at the pit. The
smoking ban also includes the garden and the park, amongst others because of the fire hazard.
Tenants / guests must prevent noise disturbance in and in front of the rooms / studio / apartments.
In the rooms / studio / apartments it is not allowed to burn candles or something like that, with the exception of tea lights in the relevant tea light holder.
A fire extinguisher is available on site. In case of fire, you must immediately notify the owner.
Villa Pellegrino is suitable for people with asthma. We adhere to the guidelines of the Dutch Longfonds.
Pets are not allowed in Villa Pellegrino.
Visitors are not allowed to enter the site without the permission of the owner. They must first report to the owner and are not allowed to spend the night in the room / studio / apartment without approval and additional payment.
The final cleaning fee (only for the apartments and the studio) and tourist tax must be paid in cash upon departure.
It is not possible to pay with a debit or a credit card at Villa Pellegrino.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is possible from 16:00 upon the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the room / studio / apartment before 10:00, and leaving it tidy.
Deviations from these rules should always be discussed with the owner in advance, with permission only being granted if the owner deems this appropriate.
No refunds will be made for late arrival or early departure.
Liability and Responsibility
The owner is not responsible or liable for personal injury, theft or loss of personal property or other damage suffered by the tenants / guests.
All risks related to a stay on site within Villa Pellegrino are the responsibility of the tenant / guest.
Damages and missing items of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported immediately by the tenants / guests and reimbursed to the owner.
The owner can deny and / or refuse access to Villa Pellegrino to tenants / guests with immediate effect, in the event of violation of these General Terms and Conditions and in the event of improper behavior, without prior notification
or explanation and without refund of accommodation costs.
The parents / guardians are and remain responsible for the actions of their children on the entire site, including the area in and around the swimming pool, and they are expected to supervise their children at all times.
Booking and cancellation conditions
When making a booking at Villa Pellegrino, a deposit of 30% of the accommodation costs must be paid within 7 days after the booking. The booking is only final after receipt of this deposit. You will then receive an invoice from us
stating the amount paid as a deposit and the remaining amount.
The remaining amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
If the booking is canceled within 6 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the accommodation costs.
We recommend that you make proper arrangements for cancellation insurance.
Force majeure and natural disasters
Villa Pellegrino reserves the right to cancel your stay in case of force majeure or natural disasters, without compensation for any damage. Also, payments already made will not be refunded. This applies both before and during your stay
at Villa Pellegrino.
Covid 19 era
If it is not possible to travel to Villa Pellegrino due to Corona measures, your deposit will be reserved with us. You can use your deposit for a replacement reservation in a similar period in the fall of 2020 or in 2021 through October
2021. After October, we consider the booking to be canceled; payments already made will lapse in that case.
